Sending the e-card
Here are the final production steps for sending your animated card:
1 :
We will send you a proof of the visual of the card for approval before the final realization of the animation (This proof of the non-animated card will be used for the final editing of the animated card).
2 :
Once the proof has been approved, you will receive an email containing your final animated map (non-animated in the email). This email contains a link that will open the version of the animated map in a web browser. For computers, mobile devices, tablets and smart phones the animation will start when the user clicks on the map. This is necessary for security reasons for iPhone and iPad devices, among others, which do not allow an animation to start without user intervention.
3 :
You manage the sending of your card simply by forwarding the email of the animated card to your contacts. It is advisable to first test the sending of the card with your colleagues before the final sending. We do not offer the service of sending e-mail lists but we can assist you with technical support (technical support concerns our part of sending the html e-mail and not concerning the configuration of your workstation or of your software used). The virtual cards will be hosted on our server until February 2023.
